New To Natural Health?

Simple Strategies For Better Health
Simple Strategies For Better Health

If you're new to natural health it can be overwhelming! So many opposing voices out there. I encourage you to keep it simple as you’re beginning your health journey.

  • Focus on eating real, whole foods. Lots of fruits and veggies, clean protein, healthy fats and fiber.

  • Start every day with 8-12 ounces of pure water, then aim for about 4 ounces every 30 minutes during waking hours. This is the Reverse Osmosis System that I have and LOVE: https://amzn.to/4o1DrKu

  • Practice deep breathing.

  • Prioritize good sleep. We heal and detoxify when we sleep!

  • Get regular exercise. It doesn't have to be complicated. Walking, biking, dancing, gardening...whatever you like and will be consistent with.

  • Avoid processed sugar, which is inflammatory and weakens the immune system.

  • Avoid unhealthy fats like canola oil, vegetable oil, and hydrogenated oils. These are known to stress the cardiovascular system, due to their inflammatory affect on the body.

Once you've built these healthy habits, you can dive deeper. You've got this! You can find other helpful article on my blog that I hope will help point you towards better health! https://www.pleasantwellnessmi.com/blog

Starting a natural health journey can feel overwhelming because there is so much information available, but focusing on small, consistent changes often makes the biggest difference. Building habits around whole foods, hydration, sleep, and understanding how your body responds to different choices creates a strong foundation. Natural options like Mauria Madu can also be a simple addition for people looking to explore traditional wellness practices while staying mindful of quality and balance. The key is finding an approach that supports long-term health rather than chasing quick fixes.
