Service Description

In this Follow Up Consultation, I'll be performing all of the same testing as the first appointment, in addition to some other services, as time allows. We'll make comparisons, track progress and adjust your protocol as needed. Follow Up Consultations typically last 60 minutes. Prepayment is required. If you need to reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours notice. "No Shows" will forfeit their payment.
