In this Virtual Individual Consultation I will be asking a lot of questions and giving recommendations based on those answers. We will discuss nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, hydration and any other pieces to the puzzle that I feel need to be addressed. After your appointment you will have a tailor-made and personalized plan with concrete 'next steps' for you to act on. If you have something very specific that you want to work on, please indicate that in the notes when booking your appointment. My goal for you is to lead you toward better health, naturally.
